These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MedVault application ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
- Use MedVault only to store your own medical information, or information you are legally authorized to store.
- Do not upload content that infringes on others' rights or violates any law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
3. Not medical advice

4. Your content
You retain all rights to the records and files you upload. You grant us the limited technical rights required to store, back up, and display that content back to you within the Service.
5. Termination
You may stop using MedVault and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedVault and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MedVault's operator is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
